An alumnus of the prestigious Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi, Dr. Monika completed her MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, where she was awarded the Dr. K. Baliga Gold Medal for being the Best Senior Resident. She further enhanced her expertise by earning the internationally acclaimed MRCOG (London, UK) with the Vijaya Patil Gold Medal for outstanding academic performance. She also holds a DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, a Diploma in Minimally Invasive Surgery from Germany, and has completed Robotic Surgery Training & Certification in Melbourne, Australia.

Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Monika has held prestigious academic and clinical positions at Lady Hardinge Medical College, CAPF (ITBP), SGT Medical College, HCL Avitas, Venkateshwar Hospital, and currently serves as the Director at Cloudnine Hospital, Dwarka & GCR. She has extensive expertise in managing normal and high-risk pregnancies, infertility, PCOS, fibroids, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, pelvic organ prolapse, menopause, and advanced gynaecological surgeries.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Monika is actively involved in medical education and research. She has authored numerous national and international publications, contributed chapters to leading medical textbooks, and regularly serves as faculty at RCOG, AICOG, AOGD, and NARCHI conferences. She has conducted multiple Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs on fetal growth restriction, preterm labour, and robotic gynaecology, reflecting her dedication to advancing women’s healthcare.

Her achievements have been recognized through several prestigious honours, including the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Appreciation Award, Dr. K. Baliga Gold Medal, and MRCOG Gold Medal.
